With 30,000 live matches and more than 40,000 pre-match events covered monthly, VBET is a well-established and rapidly expanding worldwide betting site.
The site's 19 years in the industry and reputation for offering its users a straightforward and customisable gaming experience are its main selling points. Its products are always improving, and the company develops them quickly and independently.
In this review of the platform, we’re going to analyse each of the most important aspects that make up a modern betting site, including the sports offerings, the live betting options, the mobile app, the payment methods and the customer service.
By giving you the best overall impression of the site, we hope to help you decide whether or not it suits your needs. If it does, then enter our exclusive VBet promo code during registration to get the latest welcome package.
VBet Design & Navigation
VBet does things a little differently from most when it comes to design. While most sites almost fit a template, this one seems to have gone out of its way to make sure it's unique.
Not so much that the site is difficult to use and navigate though, of course - although it does take a little getting used to.
The main menu is compact in the centre at the top of the page, and it seems to prioritise its live sports events over its upcoming ones. The links in the main menu can take you to “In-Play”, “Pre-Match”, “Racing”, “Games”, “Live Casino”, “Casino” and “More”.
When you’re in the sportsbook, you’ll find the list of sports in the panel on the left-hand side of the page, just below the featured leagues and competitions.
VBet Sports
VBet is first and foremost a sportsbook, offering a huge range of markets for sporting events that are taking place all over the world. These include both pre-match and in-play betting markets.
In total, there are 21 sports categories to choose from on this site, including all of the following:
- Football
- Tennis
- Cricket
- Basketball
- Darts
- Golf
- Snooker
- Rugby Union
- American Football
- Baseball
- Beach Volleyball
- Chess
- Counter-Strike 2
- Futsal
- Handball
- Ice Hockey
- Rink Hockey
- Table Tennis
- TV Shows and Movies
- Volleyball
- Water Polo
This isn’t the most extensive list of sports categories that you’ll find on a betting site, especially when compared to the likes of Betfair and Bet365, however, there’s no doubt that all of the most popular options are covered and most customers are going to be happy.
Esports are covered, too, so if you’ve already got your favourite games already or you’re looking for something a little different to bet on, these categories could meet your needs.
VBet Live Betting
Click on the “In-Play” link in the main menu to be taken to the dedicated live betting section, where you’ll find a large selection of sporting events that are taking place in real-time.
Not all of VBet’s sports categories offer in-play betting markets, but all of the most prominent ones certainly do, including Football, Tennis, Basketball, American Football, Beach Volleyball, Futsal, Handball, Ice Hockey, Table Tennis, Volleyball and Esports.
Unfortunately, VBet does not currently offer a live-streaming service, so you cannot watch any of the events you’re betting on via the site itself. The platform does offer informative graphics and stats, though, so you can still keep up with the action and place your bets accordingly.
VBet Mobile App
While it may not seem like it at first, VBet does in fact offer a dedicated mobile application, which can be used to access the entire betting service from the palm of your hand.
The app isn’t available via your usual app store, though - you need to download it directly from the VBet mobile site instead. So, head to the VBet site, click the appropriate download link (depending on whether you’re on an Android Device or an iOS device), and then install the app.
Sign in using your regular credentials if you already have an account, or create one on the app itself if you do not.
VBet Payment Methods
VBet doesn’t accept the largest range of payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, but the selection is certainly diverse, incorporating debit cards, eWallets and more. As a result, the majority of prospective customers will be pleased with the options.
The following payment methods are accepted by this betting site:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- PayPal
- Neteller
- Skrill
- ecoPayz
- MuchBetter
- Trustly
Clients have the option to set a cap on the largest deposit they are allowed to make in a certain time frame (daily, weekly, or monthly). Minimum and maximum deposit limitations may apply regardless of the payment method you use; if so, they will be shown in the "Deposit" section of your account.
VBet Customer Service
One great thing about VBet is their Live Chat option. It allows you to quickly and easily contact their customer support staff anytime you need them. Click the pink speech bubble symbol in the bottom right-hand corner of any page to activate this function.
Direct any correspondence to support@vbet.co.uk if you prefer to communicate via email or if the Live Chat feature is unavailable for whatever reason.
Another option is to call, and calls are welcome any day of the week between 5 am and 10 pm - just dial +44(0)203 582 4005 to reach them.
