With a tropical theme setting the stage for each and every betting session, JungleBet offers Australians the ability to bet in the bush - from the bush.

There’s a fair bit to do here, regardless of your preferences for betting topics. Racing is covered by betting markets comprehensively, as are all of Australia’s favourite sports. Soccer, cricket, basketball, Aussie rules, and beach volleyball are among the options, as are thoroughbreds, harnesses, and Greyhounds for the racing contingent.

Among this site’s special features are same-game multis, same-race multis, and that new “Blended” feature we’ve seen a bit more of recently, which allows punters to combine runners when they can’t decide on a single option.

JungleBet Design & Navigation

In terms of design, this platform uses the same template as a number of its rivals but, as its name suggests, we’re seeing a jungle theme on this occasion. Take the theme out of the equation and there’s a good chance you may feel like you’ve been here before, though.

This African jungle theme features trees with broad leaves, tiki masks, and… a Marmoset? A Macaque? We specialise in betting sites and not monkeys, unfortunately.

As with our reviews of the various competitors who also use this design, we will be capping the score for this section at 7.5/10 due to the lack of originality.

Getting to know your way around the site is easy at least - especially if you have already registered with the likes of VolcanoBet, QuestBet, Sterling Parker, or BetGalaxy.

JungleBet Sports

Fortunately, it’s not raining in this jungle right now, so the sports betting can go ahead. Punters can pick from all of the typical sports we’re used to seeing in Australia, such as cricket, Aussie rules, American football, soccer, tennis, and basketball.

Overall, there are 16 different sports to choose from. This is a modest number but it is far from the worst we’ve seen. Here is the full list:

  • American Football
  • Australian Rules
  • Baseball
  • Basketball
  • Beach Volleyball
  • Cricket
  • Darts
  • Handball
  • Ice Hockey
  • Rugby League
  • Rugby Union
  • Soccer
  • Table Tennis
  • Tennis
  • Volleyball
  • Water Polo

You’ll notice that the brand is always trying to encourage you to have a punt on the latest “Jungle Jam”. This is the upcoming featured event and you can bet there will always be plenty of markets to choose from.

Looking at the list, it’s fairly easy to identify some particular options that are missing that would likely be found in more extensive sportsbooks, but it’s also easy to see why these particular options have been chosen.

JungleBet Live Betting

Just as you’d expect from the middle of the jungle, there isn’t much to find here in terms of live sporting action. You’ll need to place your bets in advance of each event beginning, regardless of whether you’re betting on racing or any of the 16 sports categories.

Unless the local Tiki tribe has an event planned, you won’t be able to watch any live sports either due to a lack of live streaming features.

JungleBet Mobile App

As advertised in the banner at the top of the page, you can begin your betting adventure via the dedicated JungleBet mobile application if you would prefer. If you already have an account, you can sign in on the app using that.

Where you get the app from will always depend on your device’s operating system. If you use an iPhone, you can get it from the Apple App Store, or if you use an Android smartphone or tablet, you can download it from the Google Play Store.

All of JungleBet’s regular features can be accessed on the mobile app. Same-race and same-game multis can be created, the Blended feature is available, or, if you’re not trying to be too wild, you can simply choose from the regular sports and racing markets.

JungleBet Payment Methods

After creating an account, it’s easy to make your first deposit thanks to the “Deposit Funds” link right at the top of the main menu. After clicking this, we’re taken straight to the deposit page, where we can pick from just a few payment options: Visa and MasterCard.

We’d like to offer them the excuse that they’re playing on the jungle theme here with payments not being easily accessible, but it’s a common theme across many of the latest Australian betting sites.

Maybe if they search the jungle just a little bit more, they’ll find a tribe with access to some slightly more exciting options like PayID, PayPal, BPay, or POLi. If they do, we’ll let you know.

JungleBet Customer Service

To test the customer service quality at JungleBet, we had to make up some issues to see how quickly they would be resolved. The test would also show how fast the customer service team is to reply, and how friendly the team can be.

Fortunately, there’s very good mobile signal in this jungle, because the team is always very quick to respond via the Live Chat feature, which uses the ASAP system that we’ve started to see a bit more of.

Whether we were having issues with payments, struggling to find particular betting markets, requesting whether or not particular markets would become available in the future, or concerned with the dangerous jungle wildlife that could show up at any moment, the team knew exactly what they were talking about and offered helpful advice, efficiently.

service@junglebet.com.au is an email address that you may also find handy, particularly if you are betting out of hours or the Live Chat system is down for whatever reason.
